How does Regie use Campaign Member data?

Within the Settings of an AI Agent, admins can link an agent to a specific Salesforce Campaign, allowing for the ability to track Regie’s agent prospects as Salesforce Campaign Members.

Regie has a bi-directional sync with SFDC, meaning the Salesforce campaign data is continuously updated and synchronized between both Salesforce and Regie.

How to connect an Agent to a Salesforce Campaign?

    1. With Admin user level access, navigate to the desired AI Agent to sync with the Salesforce campaign and go to Settings

    2. Scroll down to the Salesforce Campaign Member Sync section of the Setting

    3. Select to “Enable Salesforce campaign sync with this agent” - this action enables Regie to sync the Agent’s audience (prospects) to Salesforce Campaign Members.

    4. From the Salesforce Campaign drop down menu select the name of the Campaign to sync with the AI Agent.

    5. Regie will then ask if you would like to Sync Historical Prospect data into the campaign.

      1. Selecting “Sync All Prospects” will bring all existing (historical) prospect data into the campaign.

      2. Selecting “Don’t Sync” will not bring prospect’s existing (historical) data into the campaign. The Agent will only sync future prospects added by Regie to the Salesforce Campaign

    6. Last, map each of the Campaign Member Statuses to the equivalent Status or Activity in Regie. Do this by selecting the checkbox next to the Campaign Status name and then select the corresponding Regie Status from the drop down as shown below.

      7. Press Publish to finalize the AI Agent sync to the Campaign.

How does the sync appear in Salesforce?

    1. In Salesforce, go to Campaigns and select the name of the Campaign
    2. Prospects in the AI Agent will begin to sync to the Campaign as members (this sync can take 30 mins - 1 hr) Campaign Members will show with their corresponding Regie Statuses.
