Gain insights on how others are engaging with your collateral shared through Regie.ai
Regie.ai is able to track the performance activity of the content you share with prospects from the Content Library.
For all collateral created or stored in your Content Library Regie gives users the option to "Share for Insights."
This feature creates a shareable, unique link making it easy to track and monitor content engagement upon sharing the link with prospects.
Commonly shared trackable content hyperlinks include, but are not limited to:
- Case studies
- eBooks/Brochures
- Infographics
- Video Links
- White Papers

Content Activity Metrics
The following Content Activity Metrics are monitored in Regie.ai:
- Total # of views and Total viewing time
- Insights on who is viewing your content (Available once you gate the content by requiring an email address to view)
- Total # of downloads (Must enable the Allow Downloads setting)
- Date and time the content was last viewed
- Names of additional Regie users that shared the content created by you (If the content is publicly accessible)
Regie.ai will also provide real-time Email Notifications to user that created the trackable hyperlink whenever the content is viewed by recipients.
How to Access Content Performance Activity
1. Ensure you've already created a "Share for Insights" link for the content in Regie.
2. Locate the Content in the Content Library.
3. Click the name of the content.
4. This action will bring you directly to the Content's Activity page.
5.Here is where aggregated performance metrics of the piece of collateral is stored.
Activity metrics for each unique tracking link created and shared by fellow Users for the piece of content to share is also listed here.
Select the unique link name to expand the details as to who has been engaging with your content, their total views and/or downloads, and when it was last viewed.
