    Agent Analytics – Regie.ai

    The Analytics tab in Agents enables users designated as Admins and Managers to monitor the activity and all-time performance of an AI Agent.

    How to access:

    1. In the Regie.ai platform, go to AI Agents from the navigation bar.

    2. From the Agents Overview page, select the name of the AI Agent whose metrics you want to inspect.

    3. Inside the AI Agent, select the Analytics tab.

    Let's breakdown the data!

    Agent Results

    • Meetings Booked – This refers to the total number of meeting events associated with an account that were scheduled within 60 days of a Regie touch. A Regie touch is defined as at least one completed task—such as an email, call, or LinkedIn Task.

      • If a meeting is booked within this 60-day window following any of these touchpoints, it is attributed to the Regie Agent. 
    • Opportunities Created – Total number of all Opportunities created within an Account after meeting was created/booked 

    • Pipeline Created – Total dollar amount of pipeline generated by Regie based on the account’s deal amount indicated in Salesforce

    Note: These results are all based on the default attribution logic in Regie. This could differ if your platform includes custom meeting attribution logic.

    Why are these insights important?

    The Agent Results metrics provide insight on how Regie is influencing pipeline through all email, social, and call tasks automatically generated by your Agent.

    Prospects Last Touched

    The distribution of active prospects last engaged through an email, phone call or a LinkedIn interaction within the indicated timeframe.

    Active prospects are classified as either Working, Unsubscribed, Out of Office, Failed, Pending or Not Contacted status.

    Why are these insights important?

    Monitoring these metrics helps determine if the prospects are being contacted at the right touch intervals and touch frequencies.

    Intent 

    The Intent Chart provides a visual representation of your Agent’s outreach coverage, segmented by prospect intent and channel of communication used.

    You can also toggle the chart to display the average number of touches your higher intent prospects received in each communication channel (calls, email and social).

    How does Regie leverage intent data?

    Regie actively leverages prospect intent signals - based on behavioral engagement -  to determine the frequency and channel of outreach in an AI sequence. 

    Engagement signals analyzed includes:

    • Email opens and clicks
    • Positive replies

    If configured on your account, Regie Agents can also incorporate 1st party intent from your website to enhance intent scoring.

    Already using an intent data provider? Regie can read intent data from platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, Metadata, Terminus, and others.  Insights from these tools are factored into Regie.ai's intent scoring and sequencing logic.  

    Why are these insights important?

    Use this to monitor if your higher intent prospects are being prioritized by the Agent.

    Activity

    The Activity graph provides insight as to how many tasks are being created across your call, LinkedIn and email channels overtime. 

    Why are these insights important?

    This shows how active your agent is. These numbers should be compared with the recommended task activity metrics displayed on the Measure tab.
