Overview
RegieOne provides a dedicated Home Page for reps to manage their daily activities more effectively. This page serves as a centralized hub for task management, progress tracking and prioritization.
Metrics:
Call Connects
- Total calls connected and total number of calls completed
Email Replies
- Total email replies - this metric captures only the first reply to an AI email sent
- Total manual AI emails sent
Meetings Booked
- Total meetings booked
Today's Activity
At a high level, the Today's Activity chart displays a quick overview of agent tasks remaining to complete for the day.
More specifically, this chart reflects the total number of outstanding tasks (Due Today + Overdue) and resets daily.
Each ring represents a task type ( Calls, LinkedIn, Manual Emails).
Estimated Time to Complete
This section provides an estimate of how long each planned activity will take.
How is estimated time to complete calculated?

Based on the average time it takes to complete each task x total outstanding tasks for each type.

The estimated time to complete will update as tasks are completed or removed.

Task type calculation

Calls = Number of incomplete tasks x 5 mins

LinkedIn = Number of incomplete tasks x 2 mins

Emails = Number of incomplete tasks x 2 mins

Task Table
The Task Table enables reps to track progress, manage their tasks, and disqualify prospects from the task.
Bulk actions
Select the open checkbox next to the left of Task to take actions in bulk. Multi-select functionality allows you to complete the following actions in bulk:
- Skip task - This would remove the task from the list and the prospect will proceed to the next step in the AI sequence.
- Finish sequence - This would mark the prospect as finished from the sequence. The prospect status would update to “Finished“.
Important Note: Skipped tasks or Prospects marked as Finished from Sequence will not contribute to any Completed Task metrics.
