    The AI Socializer page provides a simplified workflow for Reps to send personalized LinkedIn messages to prospects.

    Here, reps can start their LinkedIn Tasks assigned by the AI Agent, inspect AI-generated social content, and review the history of all their completed LinkedIn Task Activities.

    Managers have the option to view and manage all LinkedIn tasks generated by the AI Agent from the AI Socializer page as well.

    LinkedIn Tasks View

    • Managers accessing this page can view and manage all Due Today and Overdue LinkedIn tasks assigned by all Autonomous Agents across the workspace.
    • Reps can execute on and manage their own Due Today and Overdue LinkedIn Tasks only.

    As a manager, if you don't have social tasks assigned by an AI Agent you may not find yourself utilizing this page much unless:

    • You are inspecting the LinkedIn Activity History and content of all social tasks completed by reps in the workspace
    • You prefer managing social tasks on reps behalf from the AI Socializer page
    • You prefer inspecting AI generated social content from the AI Socializer page

    Managers can enjoy more comprehensive task management capabilities directly from the Tasks page in RegieOne.

    How to Filter the AI Socializer Tasks Page

    Drill down the LinkedIn Task list further by applying Filters.

    You can Filter social tasks list on the following parameters:

    • Search by name using the Search Bar
    • Agent (Sequence Name)
    • Due at (Due Today or Overdue)
    • Persona
    • Sequencer (Rep Name)
    • Social Task Type

    Filters are accessed and applied from the upper right of the AI Socializer tasks table.

    LinkedIn Activity

    The LinkedIn Activity tab allows both reps and managers to see the history of all completed LinkedIn Tasks and inspect the AI generated message content sent.

    • Managers can view and inspect and LinkedIn Task Activity for all messages sent by reps across the entire workspace.
    • Reps can only inspect and view their own LinkedIn Activity history.

    How to Filter LinkedIn Activity

    Drill down LinkedIn Task completion list further by applying Filters.

    You can Filter  the list on the following parameters:

    • Search by name using the Search Bar
    • Timeframe
    • Agent (Sequence Name)
    • Sequencer (Rep Name)
    • Social Task Type

    Filters are located on the upper right of the tasks table.
