    Regie.ai prompts are purpose-built to generate contextually relevant content for tasks like outbound emails, follow-ups, and persona-based messaging

    Within the AI Agent Prompt Library, Regie.ai offers a variety of dynamic templates as a starting point for AI- generated messaging. Customers can create their own custom dynamic prompts as well.

    Key Benefits of Dynamic Templates & Messaging:

    • Automation at scale - Generate highly relevant messaging for prospects at scale
    • Dynamically adapt to context - Variable tags allows the AI to fill in the content dynamically, allowing for more contextual and relevant messaging to prospects

    Regie's AI Agents can utilize these dynamic email templates within an AI sequence that has static steps or dynamic steps.

    Static Steps - Sequence tasks that are set to occur at specific timing intervals (e.g. Day 1 email, Day 1 Call, Day 3 LinkedIn Connection Request)

    Dynamic Steps - Sequence tasks that are created dynamically based on prospect engagement and signals

    Who can modify and access Dynamic Email templates?

    Users designated as Regie Admin or Manager

    Where do I access the AI Agent Prompt Library and Dynamic Templates?

    1. With Regie Admin or Manager login credentials, select AI Agents from the navigation bar.

    2. To access a specific Agent, select the Agent name from the Agents list.

    3. Next, click the Overview tab. This provides access to the tasks in the sequence.

    4. Depending on the use case, select the +Add Tasks button from either the Static or Dynamic Tasks sections of the sequence.

    5. All Intro Email or Follow-Up Email task types provide access to Regie's robust Prompt Library.

    Within the Prompt Library Dynamic Email Templates are those without the mention of "Static" in the name.

    6. Select the template name to access the following details:

    • Brief description of the template
    • Review prompt instructions
    • Preview email example of the type of message prompt generates

    7. Select Use Template to add the prompt to your AI-sequence. 

    8. Once added to the AI sequence, Admins and Managers can edit and further refine the prompt as needed. 

    9. Always test the prompt with a recipient email to ensure the template works well and maintains consistency and accuracy!
