General Dialer Troubleshooting – Regie.ai

My dialer isn’t loading; currently stuck with a spinning loading wheel.

How to resolve:

Try a hard refresh of your browser

• Mac Users: Cmd + Shift + R
• Windows PC: Ctrl + Shift + R

My dialer won’t launch properly and keeps automatically shutting down.

How to resolve:

Clear your cache and cookies for last 30 days and log back into Regie.ai.

1. Go to the top right corner of your browser and select the 3 vertical dots
2. From the menu, select Delete browsing data
3. Select the Time range of 4 weeks
4. Keep the default selections of information to remove in place.
5. Click Delete data
6. Log back into Regie.ai and open the AI Dialer.
