    AI Call Score Overview

    Our AI-powered call scores automatically analyzes phone calls between sales reps and prospects, saving managers hours of manual work listening to and evaluating each call.

    Both managers and reps receive instant, actionable insights from the AI Score, allowing the manager to focus on improving their team’s performance with data-driven recommendations.

    Will all calls made on the dialer receive an AI Score?

    The Regie Dialer only scores calls where there's a successful connection.

    For every call with a "Connect" disposition, the Dialer provides an overall call score, grading key elements like gatekeeper handling, the quality of the opener, the pitch, and the closer.

    The scorecard also tracks the rep's Words Per Minute (WPM), offering valuable insights into their speaking pace which directly impacts the prospect’s experience during the call.

    AI Score Breakdown
    The AI Score is based on four key sections:

    • Introduction & Breakdown (30%)
      • Evaluates clarity, professionalism, purpose statement, and initial engagement.
    • Discovery & Engagement (20%)
      • Checks open-ended questions, active listening, and rapport-building.
    • Value Proposition & Alignment (30%)
      • Measures how well the rep aligns product benefits with the prospects needs.
    • Closing & Next Steps (20%)
      • Assesses clarity of next steps, handling objections, and positive closing.

    How to access AI Call Scores:

    Note: Reps are only able to access their own call scores in Regie. Managers have access to all available call scores in the workspace.

    1. Go the AI Dialer from the Regie platform

    2. Select Call History

    3. Scores will be visible in the AI Score column located in the Call History table

    Quick Tip: We recommend Filtering the Call History table by "Has AI Score" to more easily surface and inspect connected calls with an AI Score.

    4. Click the AI Score to access the call details and the AI Score breakdown

    5. Go to the AI Score tab to inspect the details of the AI Score.

    6. Click anywhere on the screen outside of the Call Details window to return to the Call History Table View.
