Dialing Methods Overview: Individual vs Power vs Parallel Dialing
Not yet followed by anyone
Parallel Dialer
- Dial 2 - 9 prospects at once (in parallel), significantly increasing call efficiency and minimizing idle time
- The parallel dialer is the fastest and most effective way to reach a high volume of prospects, making it ideal for large call lists
- The parallel dialer:
- Automatically hangs up and logs any calls that don't connect
- Automatically transitions to the next call task without manual input from the rep
- When a human voice is detected by the AI Dialer, it immediately connects, or "bridges" the rep into the live call - ensuring a seamless handoff
Power Dialing
- Dial one prospect at a time from a call queue; not as fast as parallel dialing
- Ideal for smaller calling lists
- The power dialer:
- Automatically hangs up and log any calls that don't connect
- Instantly moves on to the next number in the call queue when a call doesn't connect - no manual action needed.
- Reps hear the entire call, including the ringing
- When a prospect answers, there's no connection bridge; the rep is already directly on the call
Individual/Manual Dialing
- Dial one prospect at a time using click-to-call or manually type the prospect's number on your AI Dialer dial pad
- There is no automatic call logging, no automatic hang up and no auto-transitions
- This manual dialing workflow mimics calling a prospect directly from a cell phone or office phone
