    The AI Emails page enables reps to complete manual AI email tasks assigned by the AI Agent without leaving the RegieOne platform.

    On the AI Emails page both managers and reps can also view and manage all upcoming and overdue manual email tasks. All users can also analyze email deliverability and performance metrics of specific email activities that were either manually completed or sent automatically by an AI Agent

    AI Email Tasks View

    • Managers can view and manage all Due Today and Overdue manual AI email tasks assigned by all Autonomous Agents across the workspace.
    • Reps can execute on and manage their own Due Today and Overdue manual AI email tasks only.

    Unless you have AI Email tasks assigned by an AI Agent, as a manager you will not be utilizing this page much unless you are:

    • Managing manual AI Email tasks on reps behalf from this page
    • Inspecting the Email Activity history of all emails
    • Inspecting all AI generated social content

    Managers can enjoy more comprehensive task management capabilities directly from the Tasks page in RegieOne.

    How to Filter Email Tasks

    Drill down Email Tasks lists further by applying Filters.

    Filter your email tasks list on the following parameters:

    • Agent (Sequence Name)
    • Due at (Due Today or Overdue)
    • Persona
    • Sequencer (Rep Name)
    • Email Task Type

    Filters can be applied from the upper right of the Email Tasks table.

    Email Activity

    The Email Activity tab allows both reps and managers to analyze email deliverability and performance metrics.

    This includes automated AI emails sent on a rep's behalf through an Agent, as well as AI emails sent by a rep when completing an Agent-assigned manual email task.

    • Managers can inspect and analyze the email activity for all emails sent across the entire workspace
    • Reps can only inspect and analyze their own email activity metrics

    How to Filter Email Activity

    Drill down Email Activity data further by applying Filters.

    Filter your email tasks list on the following parameters:

    • Timeframe
    • Agent (Sequence Name)
    • Automation (Automatically sent/Manually sent)
    • Sequencer (Rep Name)
    • Status (Bounced/Delivered/Failed)
    • Email Task Type

    Filters are located on the upper right of the Email Activity Table.
