Call Recording Settings – Regie.ai

Regie can store your rep's call recordings and apply any necessary restrictions to what can be recorded during a conversation with a prospect.
We recommend recording your rep's calls for training, identifying areas for improvement, to ensure compliance and provide valuable call insights, which will ultimately lead to better sales performance and better conversations with prospects.
How to access Call Recording Settings
1. With Regie Admin user level credentials, access Workspace settings by clicking on your initials in the upper right corner. Select Workspace Settings from the menu.
2. Within the Workspace Settings, select Call.
3. Scroll down within the Call Workspace Settings to the Call Recordings section.
The following Call Recording Settings can be applied to the AI Dialer:
- Enable US and Canada Call Recordings = Toggle On or Off
- We provide the option to only record the audio of the rep for all calls made on the Dialer
- When we enable call recordings for U.S. and Canada the following States that must have two-party consent to be recorded:

California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington

For these states listed above we must apply one of the following Dialer Recording Restrictions:

Always record audio of rep and call recipient
- Perfect option when the rep's intro line script opens with the rep stating that they are calling the prospect on a recorded line

Only record audio of the rep in two-party consent states
- Recommended when the intro line does not include the statement of the rep calling on a recorded line

Don’t record any calls in two-party consent states

The Call Recordings settings also includes the option to toggle on the ability for reps to share their call recordings externally.
