Enable Regie to automatically include a reps personal booking link in AI messages

Reps can add their personal calendar links (eg. Calendly, ChiliPiper or other scheduling tool) directly to their user profile in Regie. 

Adding a booking link is the first step towards enabling Regie to automatically include the link in a personalized email or messages to prospects, which allows prospects to book meetings with the rep directly, reducing friction and speeding up the prospecting cycle.

The final step of setting this up requires Managers to partner with the Regie Team on updating the prompts/messaging of your Agent sequences with added instructions on including the calendar link. 

How to add a personal calendar link to your Regie profile

1. From the RegieOne platform, click your initials in the upper right corner.

2. Select My Account.

3. Add your booking link to the Public Calendar field.

4. Press Save
