Take control of how prospects are engaged by AI Agents by configuring your Dynamic Sequence Settings in RegieOne.
These settings allow you to shape the Agent’s behavior with smart rules that prevent overcommunication, prioritize high-intent outreach, and ensure every touchpoint is timely and relevant.
Who can manage these settings?
Regie user with Admin credentials.
How to access Dynamic Sequence Settings:
1. Select AI Agents from the navigation bar within Regie
2. Click the name of the AI Agent from the Agents Overview page
3. Select Settings and scroll to the Dynamic Sequence Settings
Dynamic Sequence Settings:

Enable/Disable Agent Exclusivity
When Agent Exclusivity is enabled, prospects can only be active in one AI Agent at a time. Once a prospect is enrolled in an Exclusive Agent, they must be Finished or Removed before they can be added to another Agent.
This setting is ideal for scenarios where controlled, non-overlapping outreach is critical — such as high-touch sequences with customized messaging or time-sensitive campaigns.
Enabling this ensures that no other AI Agent can initiate actions (e.g., send emails, create tasks) for that prospect, reducing the risk of conflicting or duplicated outreach.

Enable Dynamic First Touch
When enabled, the first touch of the AI sequence can be dynamically chosen based on the prospect sequencer's (or rep's) available task limits.
If disabled, the first touch will always be an Into Email. A touch consists of either an email, LinkedIn Connection Request or Call Task.
