    The Home Page provides Regie users with Admin credentials a comprehensive view of what's happening within Regie.

    A breakdown of these metrics are provided below:

    Results Metrics

    Time Saved

    This is based on how long it used to take to do these tasks before using Regie. Consisting of domain set up, audience expansion work and task completion.

    How Regie calculates Time Saved:

    • Domain set up - 2 hours
    • Domain management - 2 hours per week
    • Audience expansion - Number of people discovered x 6 mins
    • Emails - Number of emails sent x 8 mins
    • Calls - Number of calls completed x 5 mins
    • LinkedIn - Number of LinkedIn tasks completed x 5 mins

    Meetings Booked

    • Total unique meetings created across all agents.

    Opportunities created

    • Total unique opportunities created across all agents.

    Pipeline created

    • Total pipeline created across all agents.

    • Total - Total unique accounts across all agents
    • Contacted - Total unique accounts that were called, emailed, or contacted on LinkedIn once across all agents
    • Discovered - Total unique accounts that were added by Regie across all agents

    Prospects

    • Sequenced - Total unique prospects sequenced across all agents
    • Contacted - Total unique prospects who were called, emailed, or contacted on LinkedIn once across all agents
    • Discovered - Total unique prospects that were added by Regie across all agents
    • Active - Total unique prospects who are in the working, unsubscribed, out of office, failed, pending, or not contacted state across all agents

    Email Performance

    • Sent - Total manual and automated emails sent across all agents
    • Opens - Total opens across all agents
    • Clicked - Total clicks across all agents
    • Replies - Total replies across all agents

    Agent Activity

    Tasks created by Agents

    This chart monitors agent activity volume. It mirrors the chart on the Analytics page for agents, showing the number of calls, LinkedIn tasks created, and automated emails sent within the selected timeframe across all agents.

    Hovering over the lines will display the number of LinkedIn tasks, calls, and automated emails sent on that day.

    Task Completion

    This pie chart visually represents the percentage of completed call, LinkedIn and manual email  tasks across the organization.

    • You can also analyze the percentage of completed, skipped and pending tasks
    • Hovering over each value will display the total completed, skipped or pending tasks against the total number of created tasks for that task type.

    Pending Tasks by Rep Table

    This table provides a high-level overview of all users in the workspace, showing their incomplete tasks across all agents.

    It makes it easy to see which reps have overdue tasks and what types of tasks are pending.
